WASHINGTON, DC - APRIL 8:   Four more inmates at the D.C. Jail have tested positive for coronavirus, a city official said Sunday, bringing the total number of infections among inmates to 18. Seven of the jails correction officers have also tested positive for the infection, an attorney for the union that represents them said.
